In order to book space at one of our fairs, Traders must first agree to be bound by the following Trader Terms of Use agreement.

with the business letterhead. Which ever is used you should state your full requirements in terms of space & power and detail what types of goods will be for sale.
In addition, first time bookings must also be accompanied with a copy of a current phone bill. All bookings are made under these terms and conditions and are not subject to cancellation howsoever arising.
In the event of a problem such as late arrival or non-attendance it is advisable to telephone the organisers, as this may allow space to be re-let to another trader. If the trader does not attend and space is not re-let, the trader will be invoiced in full.
All bookings are subject to availability and the organisers reserve the right to decline any booking if deemed unsuitable or of detriment to the good reputation of the Fairs.
Payment:

Set up:
Arrival and set up space is reserved subject to the traders' arrival between 8.00 - 9.00am. Failure to commence set-up by 9.00am may result in space being re-let or given away without refund.
All vehicles are to be parked where designated by the organisers and must not breach fire access regulations.
Signs and adverts should not ordinarily be attached to walls or fixtures, as the trader will be liable for any damage caused by using adhesives or tape etc.
Some venues have rules against smoking or the consumption of own food on the premises. Compliance is expected where this is so.
Advertising other computer sales events or soliciting traders for the same is not permitted. Anyone found abusing this rule will be told to leave the premises immediately. No refund will be given and offenders will be excluded from all Technology Computer Fair events.
Traders should be mindful not to leave cash or valuables unattended or in a vehicle, even if it is parked at the venue.
Public Liability Insurance
Traders are responsible for their own insurance cover for; Public Liability, Personal Injury, Theft and Damage. The organisers will not be held liable for any losses howsoever arising.
Sales Conduct:
Each position must display a printed notice visible to all, detailing the vendor's trading name, along with current address and phone number. Sub-letting or stand-sharing is not permitted.
All customers must be given a Tax invoice and receipt with a printed header detailing the vendors; trading name, address, phone number, the date of purchase, items purchased, together with the amount paid and GST component.
Traders are expected to comply with all aspects of the NSW Department of Fair Trading's Legislation and all other Acts Of Parliament.
These requirements are the same as for any other retail outlet and in turn are monitored by the NSW Department of Fair Trading, together with other statutory and industry bodies.
High standards of taste and decency are to be observed at all times. When dealing with warranty claims or complaints, traders must demonstrate that they provide effective after sales service in a prompt and business like manner.
You will be required to acknowledge that have read and understand these terms on your application form.
